By accessing or using AstroName ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and any person who accesses or uses AstroName in any capacity, regardless of the device or method of access.

By using the Service you also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

AstroName provides Chaldean numerology analysis strictly for personal enrichment, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes only.

ALL reports, readings, name corrections, compatibility scores, lucky attributes, and any other output produced by AstroName are entirely COMPUTER-GENERATED by automated algorithms. No human numerologist, astrologer, counsellor, or expert of any kind reviews, personalises, or validates any individual output.

Numerology is an ancient metaphysical tradition. The reports generated by AstroName are interpretive, symbolic, and subjective in nature. They are NOT — and should never be treated as — a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, psychological, psychiatric, career, or relationship counselling.

The Chaldean numerological system, like all forms of astrology and divination, is a spiritual and philosophical framework. Its interpretations represent one lens through which to explore personal patterns — not scientific predictions, clinical assessments, or factual statements about any individual's past, present, or future.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment recommendation, investment advice, legal opinion, or any other form of regulated professional service.

AstroName makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that any analysis, interpretation, name correction suggestion, compatibility score, or any other output produced by the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Numerological and astrological interpretations are inherently subjective. Two practitioners applying the same system may reach entirely different conclusions for the same input. You acknowledge that any report you receive reflects one interpretive framework among many and should not be taken as authoritative or definitive.

AstroName expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

AstroName expressly disclaims all liability for any claim that a reading, interpretation, or recommendation was incorrect, misleading, or harmful. You agree that you will not hold AstroName, its founders, operators, employees, affiliates, or contractors liable for any consequence — direct or indirect — arising from reliance on any output of the Service.

Any decisions — personal, professional, financial, medical, or otherwise — that you make based on a numerology report from AstroName are made entirely at your own risk and on your own judgment.

AstroName is not a licensed medical provider, financial adviser, legal practitioner, psychologist, therapist, or any other regulated professional. The Service does not provide and should not be construed as providing professional advice of any regulated nature.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, financial difficulty, or legal problem, please seek qualified professional help immediately. Our reports cannot and should not replace such help.

Reliance on any report for decisions involving health, medication, investment, legal matters, personal safety, or the welfare of others is done entirely at your own risk. We strongly discourage such reliance.

AstroName specifically disclaims any liability arising from a user relying on our outputs in a professional, medical, financial, or legal context.

Certain features of AstroName require a one-time payment to unlock a detailed report. All fees are clearly displayed before any transaction is initiated.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. AstroName does not store, process, or have access to any card or banking details.

Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our reports — which are generated and delivered at the point of payment — all sales are final once a report has been accessed or delivered. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and only in cases where the Service failed to deliver the agreed output due to a verified technical fault on our end.

Chargeback disputes initiated without first contacting us at hello@astroname.in may result in permanent suspension of access to the Service.

AstroName reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect transactions already completed.

You must not use AstroName to harass, defame, stalk, deceive, or target any other person, including submitting another person's details without their informed consent.

Automated scraping, bulk querying, reverse engineering, or any attempt to extract, replicate, or commercialise our calculation methodology, data structures, report text, or content is strictly prohibited.

You must not attempt to circumvent any access controls, payment systems, rate limits, or security measures implemented by the Service.

You must not submit false, fabricated, or misleading input data with the intention of generating reports intended to be shared as genuine personal analyses.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of access and, where applicable, legal action.

All content on AstroName — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, report text, interpretations, design, and underlying calculation engine — is the exclusive intellectual property of AstroName and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sub-license, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its outputs without prior written consent.

Personal use of your own generated report (e.g. saving it, sharing it privately with friends or family) is permitted provided it is not done for commercial gain and proper attribution to AstroName is maintained.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AstroName and its operators, founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, health, relationships, or opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from reliance on any report or output.

In all cases, AstroName's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific report in respect of which the claim arises.

AstroName shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, errors in output, or loss of data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If you access the Service from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Service.
