When you request a numerology analysis, we collect only the full name and date of birth that you voluntarily submit. These are the minimum inputs required to generate your report.

We do not require account registration, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information to use the core analysis service.

If you choose to make a payment to unlock a premium report, your payment is processed entirely by our third-party payment gateway. AstroName does not collect, store, or have access to any card, bank, or UPI details.

We may collect anonymised, non-identifiable technical metadata — such as browser type, device category, and approximate geographic region — solely for the purpose of diagnosing errors and improving service performance. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Your name and date of birth are used exclusively to compute your Chaldean numerology analysis via automated algorithms. No other use is made of this data.

Analysis results are stored and associated with a unique, private report ID so you can retrieve your report later via its direct link.

We do not use your data to build profiles, serve targeted advertisements, or make any automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes — ever.

All data is stored on encrypted, industry-standard cloud infrastructure hosted in secure data centres. We implement strict access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and conduct regular security reviews.

We do not store raw IP addresses. Where rate-limiting or abuse prevention requires session identification, only anonymised, non-reversible hashes are used.

Analysis records are retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of creation, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.

Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for any breach that occurs despite reasonable security measures being in place.

AstroName uses only strictly essential, functional cookies and browser local storage necessary for the application to operate — for example, preserving your theme preference or maintaining your session during a report purchase.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, fingerprinting technologies, or any third-party analytics tools that identify you personally.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain features.

We use reputable, industry-standard cloud providers for hosting and payment processing. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own commercial purposes.

Payment processing is handled entirely by certified third-party payment gateways compliant with applicable security standards. AstroName does not store, process, or access card or banking details at any time.

We do not integrate with social media platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services linked from our platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any such services.

All numerology reports on AstroName are generated by fully automated computer algorithms with no human review or intervention. The outputs reflect mathematical calculations within the Chaldean numerological framework.

We do not use your submitted information for automated profiling, behavioural targeting, or any decision-making process that produces legal or significant personal effects.

The automated nature of our reports means that outputs cannot be treated as expert opinions. They carry no professional, clinical, or advisory weight of any kind.

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold that relates to your analyses, or to request its permanent deletion from our systems.

You have the right to withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@astroname.in with your report ID. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it within 7 business days.

Because we do not collect contact information at the time of analysis, we are unable to contact you proactively — all data requests must be initiated by you using your report ID.

If you believe we have not adequately addressed a privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

AstroName is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has submitted personal data to our Service, please contact us at hello@astroname.in and we will delete that data promptly.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices.

Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AstroName after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will seek renewed consent for any material change in how we process your personal data.
